I really cannot say enough about Jeff, his wife Heather and the rest of his team at Buchanan Realty. They have treated me and my wife so fair and like family in finding our first dream home! When looking they did not just show us homes in our budget, but more, homes that were right for us. Because of their care and attention to what we wanted in a home they narrowed a list of 150+ homes down to 8 top possibles. After looking at houses for a few hours we found "the one", put in an offer that night with their guidance, and by Tuesday had a contract! They helped negotiate a great price WELL below the asking price, had some repairs added to the contract, and were even able to close early! I know not everyone will find the perfect home the first day of looking BUT thanks to Jeff and Heather we did! They have been over and checked on us as we settled in the house and did some improvements and now have been helping us look at commercial properties for our business!
